Subscription Boxes can be cancelled once you have passed your agreed timeframe. E.g if you have subscribed to a 3 month subscription you won't be able to cancel until those 3 months have passed. You can email and we will be able to assist you.  Please read our Subscription Policy for full details.


Once our parcels have been shipped from our office we will not be responsible for any damage to products in transit. This will be the responsibility of each courier. 


Customers are charged for shipping which will be calculated at the checkout. If your order exceeds more than one parcel your shipping costs will be calculated at our headquarters and you will be charged additional fees.
